To qualify for skydive training you must be aged 16 or over and be in good health. You will need to sign a medical form declaring that you do not suffer from any of the listed conditions

If you are aged 16 or 17 then you will need your medical form signed by a parent or guardian and a letter of consent to be presented when you are booking in on the day of your parachute jump

If you are aged 18 to 39 then you can sign your own medical form

If you are aged 40 or over then the medical form must be signed by a doctor after they have read the notes on the back of the form

There are various weight restrictions at various skydive centres. The general rule of thumb is that a weight of up to 14 stone presents no problem. If the intended jumper is 14 stone or over then email us at tandemskydive@yahoo.com
